How do I make an appointment?
Every few months I open my books for new appointments.
I have been focusing more on predawn designs over the last few years but do still take on custom projects on a very limited basis.
When I do accept custom orders I will have a link to a google form with a short questionnaire in my bio where you can submit a request
Typically the best way to get a custom tattoo is when I have cancellations and post openings on instagram. The best thing to do is follow and watch my stories for updates and info on exactly what you need to do to set up an appointment.
What’s the difference between pre-drawn and custom designs?
Predrawn designs are designs that I draw and list in the “shop” section with pricing and sizing attached for your convenience. Each designs will cost $100 (plus a 4%surcharge) at checkout which will act as the deposit for your appointment only (all deposits are nonrefundable). Listed in the description will be the final price estimate along with preferred placement and style (if specified at all) After purchase I will be in contact with you about setting up an appointment time.
I will focus really heavily on nature themed designs and things that I’m really excited to tattoo.. and I hope you will be just as excited as I am!
Custom designs come from your requests! When I open my books to new appointments, I will post a link to a google form to take in new submissions. I draw your design to your specifications and fit it custom to your wants/needs
How much is the deposit?
Deposits are $100 (plus a 4% surcharge) and go towards the cost of your tattoo. Your appointment is not set in stone until the deposit is paid
All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule?
If you’re cancelling your appointment entirely all you’ve got to do is shoot me an emails and let me know. But keep in mind in the event of a cancellation you are forfeiting your deposit.
If rescheduling, as long as I have 48 hours notice, the deposit will be transferred to a new date and time.
Of course I am understanding of emergencies, just reach out to me prior to your appointment and let me know what’s going on
What are your preferred methods of payment?
I accept cash and credit cards. There will be no fees added to transactions made in cash but a 4% surcharge must be added to all payments made on credit card. Cash is always very much preferred if possible.
How much will my tattoo cost?
I typically price every tattoo based on design, placement and size at a base price. I don’t really work hourly but I think all in all it comes out to about 150-200 an hour. I just don’t like to be a clock watcher and I don’t like my clients to have to worry about the clock either.
For pre-drawn designs you will always have a price that comes along with each design so you know what you’re getting into ahead of time. For custom pieces I am always willing to work within budgets if necessary. All you gotta do it let me know!
Keep in mind that certain areas such as ribs, lower back, stomach and inner thigh can raise the cost of your tattoo as they are more difficult areas to work in.
Will I get to see a drawing before my appointment?
Unfortunately I do not send drawings out ahead of your appointment date. I will have a drawing completed when you arrive for your appointment but as a general rule I don’t send drawings through email, text, dm, etc.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Such a great question!
It important to eat a good meal and drink a sugary drink before you come to your appointment. This will help keep your sugar levels up and lessen the likelihood of passing out (it happens!)
You can also bring a couple little snacks and drinks with you as well just in case.
It’s also important to get a good nights sleep before you come in. But you are always welcome to being blankets and pillows with you if you’re in for a long one, get cold, or just like to be comfy.
You can also bring ibuprofen with you to your appointment, it can help with pain and swelling if you’re getting a larger piece. Anything helps!
What should I wear to my appointment?
Be mindful of where you’re getting tattooed and what will be the easiest thing to wear to be able to get to the area with you still being comfortable.
As an example, in getting your back tattooed it’s great to wear a flannel that you can unbutton and then flip around so your front can still be covered comfortably.
When getting your upper thigh/hip tattooed wearing a tied bikini bottom can be super helpful with a dress over it so there’s easy access to the area while you’re as covered as possible.
You are always welcome to ask if you’re not positive of the right clothing to wear
